If you've lost the password to access your account, you can reset it using the form below. You will receive your new password via the email you provide.

If you get the message "Invalid Email" then one of the following situations likely apply;

     1) You used a different email to purchase the film. Or...

     2) You did not successfully complete your rental purchase and therefore do not have an email registered in our membership database. (However, please note that it is possible that you have subscribed to our email list if you check-marked the box that said "Keep me informed of future updates and special offers via email" even-though you did not successfully complete the rental purchase process through Paypal.)

If #2 is the case, then we urge you to go back to the 'Rent Now' page in the above navigation bar and fill out the form again. You will NOT be charged twice. Thank you!
